Grant Cardone is one of the most popular real estate investors in the game. He has made a fortune from buying property and he has built a career out of educating others to do the same. I would like to share a few marketing tips, that he has used to win customers!
This is one of the most widely used forms of marketing that I have seen from Grant’s camp. He has used this form of marketing to present some awesome advice regarding investing into real estate. Recently, I was really moved by his 2 hour session on real estate that I bought one of his courses(I will share my experience soon). He has done a great job at marketing himself by just being 100% him. This is something we can all take away from his style of marketing!
Take the time to give people advice and actually spend the time to teach and educate others through lengthy knowledge sessions.
The webinar above only got my attention because I had so many different reminders!
Through phone calls, text messages, and emails I was able to join the free webinar session. Grant is a king of reminding others of the new updates within his place of work! This is something we all need to be able to do for our customers. This is how you will start to achieve feedback on your products and projects.
Think about your favourite brands and imagine if they put the same amount of effort into reminding you about updates. Would you be more inclined to buy? For me, I feel this approach has its negatives and positives. It’s important for marketers to use reminders but also take into account the customers. Would your customer want you to constantly get a reminder after every update on your product? I don’t think so.
This is why it’s important to be selective when it comes to reminding your customers of future developments. Research your products and think about which product upgrade will lead to the greatest return down the line.
Keep the product in your customers head! If you have a great product and your would like more people to know about it, then keep it at the front. This is exactly, what I witnessed on the webinar. The products being talked about were constantly being referenced. This is a common tactic for marketers, when you constantly give a call to action.
Product placement gives your customer a glimpse at the world you could have with the purchase of this product. Grant used this tactic to perfection during his live webinar. All booklets, brochures and more were constantly at the front of the camera. You need to remind and position your product correctly to bring awareness.
Product placement will be a key driver in this new era of e-commerce so do not be the last person on the train!
