My Rules For Engagement

  • Be a listener: Fill your time with answering questions. Be the person that listens to others before putting out content. Your most important person is the customer who is buying your product. Do your best to keep these customers satisfied at all times.
  • Be consistent: If you want to gain more loyal customers to your brand then you have to learn to be consistent. Be the best version of yourself by being known for something positive. Your customers will like your ability to continually post content that provides value.
  • Be open to change: Your business needs to take advice from everywhere. Be the person that is open to new challenges that can push you forward. Currently we out in the middle of one of the most deadly viruses. We need to be able to take any advice that can be used to optimize the approach. Take time to listen to your employees and be able to hear what they are presenting!
