Email marketing converts and through different mediums like newsletters and other valuable content you can acquire customers that will help your business grow fast!
Cut Cost On Sending Emails
As the success of email marketing has become so popular, the email marketing software game has become so intense! Mailchimp, Hubspot, CoverKit and more, are just a few of the many sites that are battling to get you to sign up for there services.
As the cost for email marketing continues to rise it is important to try and find strategies to keep cost low.
One way to keep the cost low is by using low cost alternatives. For those who want to find some of those low cost email marketing providers, we have you covered!
Two alternatives are SendFox and OptinMonster. Now this may only be two alternatives but in reality to find the best deals you have to do the digging. It is easy to give recommendations but at the end of the day, it is up to you to find the cost that works for the stage you are with your business.
Why Send Fox?
Send fox is a great alternative for your marketing because it allows you to be very hand on with your email marketing. This marketing tool allows you to grow your business for less then the normal cost. I am a firm believer in Appsumo(More on this below), they allow you to buy this software for about 50 dollars on a lifetime deal. Its a great deal for those who are looking to scale there business so I would recommend it to you all.
OptinMonster is recommended here because it allows you to do more personalization with your emails. It is a platform that puts the power in your hands by allowing you to really create the offers that will lead to more conversions. With prices as low as 10 dollars for a basic plan, this could be another alternative for those looking to build there emails from the ground up!
Keep Track Of Your Communications
Want to know the one thing your client hates the most? Getting late replies from you. I have seen this firsthand and it is not pretty.
In my opinion, responding to emails fast is a great strategy to boost your email campaigns because people love it! People love someone that makes it there goal to respond with information at a fast clip.
For me, I have started to respond to emails within 5 minutes of actually receiving them. I have found that people are more inclined to respond very quickly too so be ready. DO NOT CLOSE THOSE EMAILS TOO SOON.
Also, it is very important to keep track of these same communications, whether that be through a CRM like Hubspot or through your own notebook. Write down the most important emails and set reminders in your journal or your CRM to follow up with these people.
I use Huspot currently and I have found that my reply rates are much higher when you reply almost instantly to people. Think about it, if you where on the receiving end of that email, wouldn’t you want a response right away? And how good would that feel if you could settle discussions and schedule calls at such a fast paste?
If you would like to learn more about how much this can help your email campaigns and how this can affect your clients, check out this link by CNBC about it!
Lastly, take the time to set up reminders with momentum, it allows you to set calls at the beginning of the day and you only cross it off when you are finished with that goal!
Give A Personal Touch
I once called a sales professional and this was one of the first things he said, ” Make sure you are personalizing those emails”. Simple advice right? Yet so many people do not take it.
Emails with personalized subject lines are 26% more likely to be opened by your clients. This is just further evidence to support that you need to start targeting your emails.
Now I have run into this problem before when it comes to automating emails. When you are sending to several people at a time, the act of personalization may be out of the question for you but I am here to tell you that it may be necessary.
When you take the time to target and personalize your email approach you are showing people that you have done your digging. You are showing them that you want there business.
In my opinion, if you are sending so many emails, the least you can do is personalize by industry at the very least and provide some content that may be relevant to a smaller group of people. Individualizing emails one by one may be out of the question for you but this does not mean that you do not have options.
List of ideas for personalization:
- Send a newsletter that relates to a common problem with that persons industry. Make this content relevant by doing some digging on the industry and finding solutions.
- Send video content, videos are so important for people because people love moving objections on a screen in 2021. I do too so get out there and make a compelling video about how you can have this industry grow!
- Send a marketing tool or survey that is relevant to the persons business and gives them a chance to see that you have been doing your research.
- Look for awards, recognitions, funny marketing videos, or anything unique AT ALL about the company and use it to your advantage!
These simple ideas can lead to tremendous response rates and can even be the difference between a customer coming back to your business.
Lastly, there in 2019 alone, there was 293.6 billion emails sent. I think it is time to make yours stand out!
I am sure you are already aware but email marketing is still one of the best ways to acquire new customers for your business and it is not going anywhere!
You are losing if you do not take the chance to boost your email marketing and in this post we walked you through a few ways you can do just that for your customers.
We spoke about cutting cost of your campaigns by using cheap alternatives. The alternatives I gave can be seen above but one piece of advice I will say again is that you need to be able to do the digging to find the best tools that fit your business.
Next, we took you through the idea of keeping track of communication. This communication can be the difference maker for your business so stay organized with your clients because you want to keep them around.
Lastly, we touch on personalization in your campaigns. Being able to give people that personal touch is probably the best way to find and keep customers. See above for some ideas on how to do just that!
What is there left to say? Email marketing is here to stay and if you are not finding new ways to stay relevant with your customers you might be left behind!
