Episode #12 – The Incredible Story Of A Serbian Architect Named Nemanja Biondic

Back in 2019, I had the opportunity to visit Rome, Berlin, Barcelona, France and more on my trip through Europe.

We all know Europe has the most famous architecture in the world and this was my first time seeing some of the most amazing pieces of architecture on the planet!

I came back to Canada and became obsessed with new architecture projects and the many creative structures that we can create.

This brings me to the present day. I now interview people about innovations in the construction industry!

This new podcast is no different. We have decided to tell the story of a Serbian architect that has covered Architecture Digest and has created a massive name for himself across the globe.

In this new episode of the property marketers show we show you the future of architecture, the story of Nemanja Biondic and what it takes to make it inside of Architecture.

This was one of the most unique perspectives we have had on the show and we were truly privileged to speak with Nemanja about the projects that he is developing!

Take a look at some of the best quotes from the episode below:

I always set some kind of goal that I need to, you know, achieve so I can be better.

Nemanja Biondic – Episode 12 of the Property Marketer Show on his motivation to succeed

I love nature. You know, that’s the most beautiful art that you can put to your home.

Nemanja Biondic – Episode 12 of the Property Marketer Show on incorporating nature into architecture

That’s that’s the reason I kind of like architecture. You’re leaving something behind that will probably outlast both of us.

Nemanja Biondic – Episode 12 of the Property Marketer Show on the reasons he loves the industry

Nothing can stop your dreams, you know, and if you really, really want them do whatever it takes. I mean, of course, in a legal way, to get to them.

Nemanja Biondic – Episode 12 of the Property Marketer Show on succeeding in Architecture

You know, you’re always in the first line of everything. So you will see, and nobody will change your view

#23 – Krill Design (Sofia & Domiziana) Tells Us Everything About The First 3D Printed Lamp Made From Orange Peels Property Marketers Show

BACK FOR ANOTHER EPISODE OF THE PROPERTY MARKETER SHOW!  Are you someone who underestimates the power of 3D printed and think it's just a fad? Well I am here today to tell you about a company that is about to show you the next wave of 3D printed products using some of the most unusual materials.  In this episode, we show you the orange lamp. This is a lamp that has been 3D printed using orange peels to create a sweet smelling, attractive and efficient lamp for your next addition to your home.  As you will hear in the episode, one of the best parts of Krill Design and the orange lamp is the story behind the product itself. The product designer(Sofia) and the marketer(Domiziana) take us through the entire product while giving us more information about the importance of sustainability in the design process.  The episode was a special one for me as I had the opportunity to interview two women who are passionate about the future of the 3D printing industry, environmental sustainability and orange lamps!  We should not underestimate the power of 3D printing on the design industry and the construction space as we continue to see more products that take our imagination to new heights.  Take a listen to this new episode that seeks to provide you with the information you will need to take your next 3D printing business to the next level.  Let me know what you think of this new episode and see below for more information about the people involved below.
