Keep a journal.

The journal will be used to write down all the many ideas that come to your head throughout the day. With this journal you will be able to write down any sort of plans, ideas and other aspirations you might have for your day, week, month or year. Its a great way to stay consistent on your mission along with remember important dates that might have on your mind.

Cole’s recommendation for today? Keep the journal throughout your day. Going to a meeting? Journal. Casual meetup? Journal. Walk in the park? Bring the journal.

It has to be one of those must have’s throughout your day so you can remember to write things down.
